The State Secretariat for Education and Research SER

The State Secretariat for Education and Research SER within the Federal Department of Home affairs is the federal government's specialised agency for national and international matters concerning general and university education, research and space travel. The SER has roughly 110 staff and controls an annual budget of around CHF 1.7 billion. The head of the SER is State Secretary Charles Kleiber.
