Dr. Andreas Heigl
Dr. Andreas Heigl is member of the Advisory Board of the European Futurists Conference Lucerne.
He is Senior Manager for Political Marketing in the Corporate Affairs & Business Support division of GlaxoSmithKline in Munich, Germany. Before joining GSK he worked as an economist in the Trend Research unit of HypoVereinsbank, Germany. In both positions, his interests concentrate on the consequences of ageing on the economy, social security and markets and on developing new strategies for business success.
Andreas studied Political Science, Sociology and Demography in Bamberg, Germany and holds a Ph.D. in Demography. He is author of numerous articles and studies about demographic change and its consequences for the future and is member of several scientific and futurist organisations like Verein für Socialpolitik, German Society for Demography or the Foundation for the Rights of Future Generations.
