Dr. Alexander Sokolov
Dr. Alexander Sokolov is member of the advisory board of the European Futurists Conference Lucerne.
Dr. Alexander Sokolov is Deputy Director at the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge, Higher School of Economics (HSE), Moscow and Director of the HSE Foresight Centre. During last 10 years he has been managing a number of national and regional Foresight projects, including National Critical Technologies; S&T Delphi: 2025; Nanotechnology Foresight; Road maps for power engineering et al. He also participated as expert in a number of international Foresight projects implemented by the EU and UNIDO.
